Katerina Ronovska

Katerina Ronovska studied at the Faculty of Law at the Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic, where she also completed her Ph.D. studies (2003). Her studies and research led her also to Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam (2001) and to Institute Suisse Droit Comparé, Lausanne (2002). She teachers Civil law and NGO law at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, Brno. Her main fields of research are corporate theory, corporate law, expecially NGO law, she works on different national and international projects in this field.
