Matěj Lejsal

He is a director of Domov Sue Ryder, o.p.s. (public benefit corporation). Matej Lejsal used to work 3 years (2003 – 2006) as a financial manager of Domov Sue Ryder and as a Czech Development Assistance project manager (Albania, Malawi, Kosovo). Since 2006 working as a director of the Domov (managing the whole organization – 136 emploees, 75 volunteers, representative of the Domov, collaboration with international partners within SRI).

Education&Training experience: Matej Lejsal is a senior lecturer for Adventura Teambuilding (teambuilding, outdoor, change management, leadership – 2003 – now), lecturer at the Charles University (social economy, economy in social services, running a care provider – 2003 – now). Matej Lejsal participated in two edu-related projects (Matra III. – module training programme for community based care, Innovation – a project of curriculum improvement at social work department of the Charles University, faculty of arts).

Matej Lejsal is a member of the executive committee of SKOK – an ubmrella organization of NGO social care providers. Matej Lejsal collaborates as a coach in the Academy of social enterprise (Via Foundation) coaching module.
