Mr. Vltavsky studied University of Chemical Technologies in Prague. Since 1992 he has been involved in government control of lotteries, firstly in Prague and since 2008 at the Czech Ministry of Finance. Recently he is an advisor to the deputy minister responsible for control of lotteries and gambling.
